Every year- I would dread going to church on Mother’s Day. I didn’t want to be reminded that something I longed for so much wasn’t happening. Being a mom was something I prayed for so many years. After cancer, and multiple rounds of IVF I just didn’t think it would be possible.

Infertility is hard. But if you believe you are to be a mother don’t give up. Whether IVF, adoption, or yourself. Keep going. The tears you cry now will be traded for tears of joy when you first hold your child.
For all the moms. Hold your littles today. They are special precious gifts from the Lord.
