It’s unbelievable to me this was nine years ago today. Tim and I had been married just over a year and I had already had one surgery to remove the breast cancer.
.
This was the start of more rounds of chemo and ultimately a double mastectomy and reconstruction just a few months later.
.
Thankful that I am a 9 year survivor. Grateful for everyday I have.
