How do you want your life to change in this next year? Understand – that isn’t just about changing something “bad” to good. It could be something great already in your life that you want to be EXCELLENT. I thoroughly believe 2016 can be a massively significant year for us all if we just put in the time and effort to make some changes.
And I want to help us do just that.
I am creating a group that is not just a group to challenge us to be better physically – but to change us in other ways too. We will not only be setting health goals for 2016 but picking one other goal to achieve. That could be learning a new skill, mending a broken relationship, setting career and financial goals, growing closer to God, building confidence – you pick.
Then we will work on that together.
I am taking limited spots for this group as I want us to be able to really focus on us all supporting each other.
And YES – we will start with health.
Yes – there is an investment to be made for your workout program with everything included to make sure you have the tools to achieve your health goals.
Yes – you will have to put in the work. Nothing worth having comes easy.
But I believe for a few of you – this can change your entire life for the better.
