During the ultimate reset, you don’t actually work out. You can do some restorative yoga or 20 minutes of walking or biking a day but your body is already going through a serious internal work out as you go through resetting your system back to its optimal level.
So! No sweaty selfies for me! I personally think this is an amazing program for anyone who has been injured and can’t work out currently because you’re focusing completely on your internal systems with food. I love it! And! I’m itching to get back to working out in a couple of weeks 🙂 .
