I know we all start out with good intentions but here is the deal.
Just thinking about working out or thinking about eating the right things in the right portions doesn’t cut it.
You have to put it into action and workout and watch what you put in your body. That’s a fact.
Start making those small changes today! Because if you just keep “thinking about it” you won’t make a lick of progress.
