As I sit back and reflect on this year I am overwhelmed with gratitude. 2021 with all it’s ups and downs was more than I could have dreamed. I turned 50 this year and became a first time mom too. I pray your long term hopes and plans come to fruition in 2022!
One thing I have focused on tremendously this year was overall health. Mental, emotional and physical.
This was also the year the physical location of my sweet yarn shop closed. We are still online though as I need alllll the yarn and you may too. Crafting is such a huge part of my mental health and I try to knit, crochet or quilt daily. You know knitting is the new yoga 😉
All that being said – I am loving diving into helping others craft healthy lives by providing simple, sustainable tools to reclaim allover wellness and quality of life. I know I have and maybe you have too said all the excuses in the world as to why you can’t have a routine that gets you healthier. Does this sound familiar?
