Breakfast! You know typically I have a shake for breakfast but today I wanted a substantial breakfast to start the day.

Seeded bread, eggs from pasture raised chickens, a little EEVO and crushed Himalayan sea salt. Yum! It matters what you put in your body y’all. It’s fuel you know. Just a short reminder 🙂
