Day five done! Here’s the food and info for today. Sharing it all on my social media helps keep me accountable so thanks for sharing in my journey with me!
Today I had a ton of energy but spent a little too much of it playing in the waves. They were waist high and rough so I burnt too many calories. I had a headache afterwards but felt better after dinner tonight.
Also- I packed up my food since I was going to be out for the day and it went great!!! Prepping meals in advance rocks:)
