Do It

doitI know there are things in life that are challenging to do.

For me, when I started my fitness journey I knew that it would be challenging to me to share about my weight and fitness goals.

What would people think? Then I realized, there were lots of people in the same situation as me. They wanted to know how to be healthy and live healthy lives.

Then I realized I have to be as open about my present as I have been about my past and that hopefully it would be inspiring to some.

Now, I have over 60 women in challenge groups learning to be healthy and take their bodies back.

Whatever is holding you back from doing the thing that you know you need to do, put the voices to rest in your head and just do it.

It could mean the world of difference to someone who may need you to start first.
