Do you know most of us are super dehydrated?
The minimum amount of water you should drink everyday is half your body weight in oz. For example- if you weigh 140 lbs – you should drink at LEAST 70 oz of water a day.
I try to shoot for a gallon a day and this helps me a ton.
I got a Brita water bottle that is 32 oz and I try and drink 4 a day. I also put stickers on the side to be able to track it.
