Have you ever looked in the mirror and not recognized the person looking back? This was at the end of my disordered eating. When I realized I was trapped in a cycle of sugar, sedentary all day life and binging snack foods all afternoon because I hadn’t eaten the right foods all day. That I knew how to get the right angle when taking a picture but it become more and more work to get the “right” shot.
.
Then one day I WOKE UP and went to the things I knew would give me back my life, energy and health. A plan, accountability and a VERY amazing community. Taking back my face one healthy choice at a time.

I walked the same trek, if I can say so. But I know that first step (you said “I woke up”) is fundamental and if people don’t see their sugar addiction it’s impossible helping them. It’s so sad, especially if they are people who you care for. I wish you all the best for your beautiful and useful business!
