I made the BEST smoothie this morning with these beauties. Dragon fruit is divine!
Here’s my recipe from this morning:
1/2 or 3/4 of a dragon fruit (to taste)
2 tbsp of noosa coconut yogurt
A handful of frozen pineapple chunks
A tbsp of honey
1/4 cup of coconut flakes
1/2 a banana
Water and ice
optional – A scoop of your favorite protein drink mix
Blend and get swept away to your fave tropical place!
