For a long time I didn’t live the life I wanted. I let other people determine my future – did what they thought was best and thought my life was as good as it was going to get.
Then one day I realized that was an excuse to not take risky steps. It was safer being told what to do.
That in the end, if my life wasn’t the way I wanted it, that was on ME. I had to make the decisions to change the parts of my life that were unfulfilling. I had to take ownership of creating the life I wanted.
And you know what- it’s getting there. I’m a work in progress but these days I am loving my life.
You can do that too. Love your life. There isn’t some secret sauce about what to do.
Make the changes necessary and put in the work to get it done. That’s it.
