Some days – working out is easier. I posted this in one of my fitness groups this morning and am about to finally get my workout in today! I felt like the bench was mocking me.
My muscles were SORE this morning. I upped my weights yesterday for upper body and it may be the first time I’m glad it’s leg day. Lol
Why do you workout? For me – I really want to be the healthiest I can so I can accomplish all I am wanting to do. How about you? Post below!
