Spinach, Avocado, seaweed and chick peas for breakfast? Why yes please:)
Here’s the deal- during the UR that I’m doing, I am learning what foods work best for my body at what times. I have been eating fruit for breakfast and wanted to see how eating a non sugar (even though it’s fruit, it still has sugar) breakfast increases my energy levels in the morning.
Y’all the reason we are so unhealthy is because we become unaware of what we are eating. We mindlessly snack, grab fast good, even eat great food but not in the right portions for your body.
