The Compound Effect

ceI’m in the middle of reading a fantastic book called The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy.

I love the simplicity to which he puts together this formula for being able to attain your goals.

There are things we do in our life that will either move us towards those goals or away from them.

A goal of mine was to get healthy and strong. In order to do that I had to invest time, finances, lifestyle changes and give up some unhealthy eating behaviors and find a simple workout solution that I could do at home.

AND – I am hitting my goals. Once you change some small habits in your life, they start to compound and the longer you do that, you create new habits. Once you stick to those habits long enough it becomes your lifestyle.

If you are at the beginning of a journey to do anything – make small better decisions daily, take action in the right direction, create new habits and don’t give up!

You CAN achieve your goals.
