Tuesday afternoon after a medical procedure my doctor said she was almost certain I had endometrial cancer.
She scheduled an emergency hysterectomy for Thursday and we were waiting on the path reports to come back Wednesday to confirm. I called my prayer people and we got busy. Living in the unknown is uncomfortable but we all have those seasons.
If it was contained in the uterus then that would be great… if it had gone to lymph nodes I’d need chemo. I’ve been through cancer before so knew the drill.
Wednesday morning the dr asked for us to come to her office at Central Baptist to discuss options. She sat us down and said I am astounded. I was certain.
But there is NO CANCER. It’s a miracle.
I recommend we go on with the hysterectomy. So yesterday I had a robot assisted hysterectomy and am currently fine, at home resting and will get back to normal here in a few weeks.
Thank you for your prayers I will keep y’all posted…
