I got to say, a slayed my workout today! Wow! I was dripping the sweat! And for those of you all that know me, and know that I have hypothyroidism, it’s such a great feeling to actually sweat!
I did a program that I’m certified to teach this morning and gosh did it feel awesome! I love getting to do cardio since I can’t do much strength training at this point because of my chest injury but slowly and surely it’s healing – yeah!
