Last week I was in the Adirondacks and was able to spend some time just sitting and reflecting.

You know – sometimes you have to get quiet to hear. To reset, to rest your spirit.

Take the time. Even if it is 5 minutes, quiet yourself, turn off all distractions and just BE.

Here is a little help for you – a snippet of the completely still waters at Russian Lake one morning when I hiked there.
