**I am looking for 10 women who have 10-30 LBS to lose.
This group is for women who are serious about making a change in their eating, nutrition and fitness. This group is catered to women with full schedules who need a solution at home, fellowship, accountability and support.
You will participate in a fitness program that you can do from home, and a follow a dialed in eating plan as well as some great personal development!
My current challengers are seeing SO MANY AMAZING results.
