Happy morning everyone! Question… are you a tea or coffee person? I switched to tea a few years ago after coffee started being hard on my digestive system. I’ll still drink the occasional espresso or latte but for the most part it’s tea for me! How about you? If you are a tea person what is your favorite? I’m liking the Paris blend from Harney & Sons.
