Y’all this was so good I just had to share. I think that simple is sometimes best with food.
Take a little olive oil and heat it, sauté mushrooms and tomatoes, crack an egg into the pan and add a sprig of fresh rosemary. I let it cook a little, then moved the rosemary to the side and mixed it all together and finished it with a rosemary sea salt I picked up from The Fresh Market. Delish!
