That feeling you get when you care for yourself, working towards your best self and making your health a priority. My gosh it’s priceless.

I hear so often “I don’t have time.” And “Maybe later when I’m not so busy”

Breaks my freakin heart. You know why? You SHOULD have 30 mins a day to prioritize your health. So that you have more energy to do those things that keep you busy.
.
What I’ve found is people who believe they don’t have enough time for themselves actually just don’t have time management skills. Sorry not sorry for the kick in the pants. Or that they are prioritizing other things like scrolling social. (You are here doing that right now right?) Time management is something EASILY learned and implemented.

I run 2 businesses and have a 2 month old and am 50 years old. If I can find the time you can too.
